I
find this
a very
good
performing
and great
sounding
radio.
With the
modern FM
band it
makes it a
very
listenable
radio even
today.
Many
Midwest's
consoles
from 1946
to 1954
share this
same style
of
cabinetry.
Midwest
must have
done well
after
WW-II as I
get more
inquires
about
post-war
models
than any
other
series.
Phonograph slides out on a drawer for easy access.
Stripped copper face place and maroon escutcheon make for a colorful control panel.
